Trinitas International School

Trinitas International School is a Christian School in Lavington, offering Cambridge Curriculum. Our mission is to foster a loving and creative environment that nurtures a child’s physical, social, moral, intellectual, linguistic and emotional development. We are looking to recruit an Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the school’s accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, collection and reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
  • Monitor and control school expenses, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
  • Assist in procurement, supplier management, and contract administration.
  • Support school operations as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably within an educational or service institution.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Quickbooks), MS Excel, and financial reporting.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
