1. Sub-County Administrator III – 4 Posts

Location: Mandera | Job Type: Full Time | Experience: 5 Years
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Admin, Business Admin/Management, Community Development, or Social Sciences

  • Minimum of 5 years in administration/management

  • Excellent planning, evaluation, and report writing skills

  • Knowledge of Vision 2030 and national development frameworks

  • Proficient in computer applications

  • Must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution


2. Deputy Sub-County Administrator III – 7 Posts

Location: Mandera | Job Type: Full Time | Experience: 4 Years
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Admin, Business Management, or related field

  • Master’s degree is an added advantage

  • At least 4 years administrative experience in public/private sector

  • Strong report writing, planning, and communication skills

  • Computer literate and compliant with Chapter Six requirements


3. Ward Administrator II – 8 Posts

Location: Mandera | Job Type: Full Time | Experience: 3 Years
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Kenyan citizen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Admin, Business Admin, Community Dev. or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of Vision 2030 and government policies

  • Computer literate and Chapter Six compliant


4. Village Administrator III – 100 Posts

Location: Mandera | Job Type: Full Time | Experience: 3 Years
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Kenyan citizen with KCSE Mean Grade D+ (Plus)

  • Must have lived in the village for at least 3 years (state Ward, Location & Sub-location)

  • Strong leadership and community engagement skills

  • Certificate in Computer Applications

  • Certificate of Good Conduct


5. Town Administrator – 5 Posts

Location: Mandera | Job Type: Full Time | Experience: 4 Years
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Admin, Business Admin, Urban Management, or related field

  • Minimum 4 years in administration

  • Planning, evaluation, and reporting skills

  • Proficient in computer applications

  • Knowledge of Vision 2030 and compliance with Chapter Six
