Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information regarding loan products, application procedures, repayment terms, and company policies

• Handle customer complaints and service concerns while ensuring proper documentation and escalation where necessary

• Maintain updated customer records within internal systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance

• Support clients through the loan processing journey by clarifying documentation requirements and timelines

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service delays or account-related issues

• Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive client information

• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes by identifying recurring client concerns

Job Requirements

• Diploma qualification from a recognized institution

• Experience in customer service, preferably within banking or financial services jobs in Kenya

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer management systems

• Good interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
