Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding loan products, application procedures, repayment terms, and company policies

Handle customer complaints and service concerns while ensuring proper documentation and escalation where necessary

Maintain updated customer records within internal systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Support clients through the loan processing journey by clarifying documentation requirements and timelines

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve service delays or account-related issues

Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive client information

Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes by identifying recurring client concerns
Job Requirements

Diploma qualification from a recognized institution

Experience in customer service, preferably within banking or financial services jobs in Kenya

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently

Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer management systems

Good interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
