Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough functional and cosmetic inspections of laptops.
• Test hardware and software, including battery health, screen, keyboard, ports, WiFi/Bluetooth, speakers, and system activation.
• Grade laptops as A (Excellent), B (Good), or C (Fair).
• Clean, prepare, and package laptops according to SOPs.
• Document inspection results and report defective or returned units.
• Support re-inspection of repaired units.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• A diploma and above in a Technical Course.
• Knowledge of laptop hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo preferred) and Windows OS.
• Experience in laptop testing, diagnostics, or quality control.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a team.
• Basic reporting and inventory skills.
