ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and partner organizations to provide marketing services.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions for the purpose of marketing the hotel services.
• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies that will provide marketing services.
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• High level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
