Stores Assistants at Bridge Talent Management

Role Purpose:

• To support proper receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials and finished goods.

Raw Materials Store:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in issuance of yarns.
• Conduct daily stock counts where relevant and ensure correct data entry always.
• Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the store keeper.

Spare Parts Store:

Key Responsibilities:

• Update bin cards.
• Conduct daily and monthly physical stock counts and reconciliations ensuring correct data entry at all times.
• Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the store keeper.

Finished Goods Store (FGS):

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive socks from the packing department.
• Fill in issue notes.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly physical stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the store keeper.

Requirements
Core Competencies(Stores Assistants):

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, Honest, reliable, and self-driven.
• Good physical condition especially for Raw materials and FGS Store.
• Strong reconciliation and record-keeping ability.
