Job Purpose

The Casino Dealer is responsible for delivering professional gaming services to guests in line with casino rules, company policies, and operational procedures. The role focuses on ensuring fair play, safeguarding company assets, and providing a high standard of guest service within a regulated cruise ship casino environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal assigned casino games in accordance with approved rules, limits, and operational procedures

• Ensure all bets, payouts, and game transactions comply with established casino regulations

• Exchange currency for gaming chips accurately and securely

• Explain game rules to guests and enforce them consistently and professionally

• Monitor gaming activities to ensure game protection and report any suspicious behavior to supervisors

• Verify bankrolls, credits, and table balances in coordination with the Casino Supervisor

• Maintain proper handling, care, and security of casino equipment and report any damage or losses promptly

• Assist guests with casino-related inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel

• Support overall casino operations by performing additional duties assigned by casino management

• Comply with safety, environmental protection, and security management system policies at all times

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year of dealing experience in at least three casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, 3-Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Pai Gow Tiles, Let It Ride, or Texas Hold’em

• At least two years of casino dealing experience is an added advantage

• Valid gaming license is preferred

• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with casino and office software systems

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing schedules and assignments

• Willingness to work seven days a week and live in shared onboard accommodation
