Role Summary
Will handle user queries, partner complaints, issue resolution, and ensures a positive first experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to users via WhatsApp, social DMs, email, in-app tickets.
- Provide onboarding support for new users.
- Troubleshoot issues (verifications, referral not working, redeeming deals).
- Communicate with partners on menu/price/offer updates.
- Write FAQs, guides, and customer scripts.
- Track user issues and escalate to the tech team.
Key Skills

Technical Skills Required
- WhatsApp, email, in-app support handling
- Basic ticketing (Notion/Trello/HelpDesk)
- Ability to document bugs and customer insights
- Good typing speed
- Good record-keeping
- Knowledge of simple support scripts
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting steps                  Â
