Overall purpose of the job

Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support and efficient management of front office operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Registration of patients and verification of medical benefits.
• Managing client appointments/queues.
• Billing and collection of revenue.
• Prepare patient records
• Resolve patient petty cash advancement.
• Maintain pleasant front office environment.

Position requirements:

• Diploma in a business related course.
• At least 6 months appropriate experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations.
• Good customer service and people skills
• Self motivated and a team player
• Pleasant personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
