- We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservationist to join the team and manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service from the first contact.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have previous experience in reservations + 3 years
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- A customer-first attitude and strong attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Works well with front office, concierge, F&B, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
