Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  • Supervise call center staff and ensure timely responses.
  • Monitor service quality and handle escalations.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
