- Oversees customer communication channels, manages call center staff schedules, and ensures excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Supervise call center staff and ensure timely responses.
- Monitor service quality and handle escalations.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
