Candidate Eligibility :

  • Must be originally from India (Indian origin).
  • Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Kenya.
  • Should have good knowledge of Kenyan industrial and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage sales activities for SCTPL products in Kenya and surrounding regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, industrial clients, and consultants.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
  • Coordinate with the India head office for pricing, quotations, technical support, and delivery schedules.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of electrical or switchgear products.
  • Strong understanding of switchgear, control panels, relays, MCCs, and related products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits and sales meetings.
