Pool Attendant at Unity Homes

Pool Attendant Responsibilities:

• Provide lifeguard services to the swimming pool users
• Provide swimming lessons to new users
• Monitor pool area to ensure safety and compliance with the rules and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area, including restrooms and showers
• Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment and report any issues to management
• Monitoring pool chemistry levels to ensure that they are within safe limits of chemical
• elements such as chlorine and pH levels
• Monitoring water quality by testing the pH balance, chlorine levels, and other chemical
• conditions
• Provide optimal level of services to all guests and residents and enforce compliance with
• facility policies
• Monitor inventory of all pool tools and maintain the adequacy of the same
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents and ensure compliance with all safety programs and policies of the pool area
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior one year experience or more working as a pool attendant/lifeguard
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• LifeGuard Certification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage
• Friendly outgoing personality
