Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers with excellent customer service.

• Reply promptly to messages and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment.

Requirements

• Female, 25 years or older.

• Friendly, reliable, and fluent in English and Swahili.

• Confident using social media and messaging apps.

• A diploma in any field is an added advantage.

• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
