About the Role
Tech Spectrum is assisting our client, a Luxury and Investment Marketing Agency, in hiring a Virtual Assistant to support LinkedIn-focused marketing operations. This is a long-term, remote role with flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospect research on LinkedIn and through online sources.
- Draft short, personalized outreach messages for client campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn and email inbox communications.
- Support general administration and internal coordination.
- Assist with client-facing updates and basic reporting when needed.
- This role goes beyond data entry, it’s suited for someone detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to grow into broader responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Full-time availability with flexibility to set your own working hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Dependable with a strong sense of accountability.
- Access to a reliable computer, stable internet, and a distraction-free workspace.
- (Preferred but not required) Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, client communication, or knowledge of financial/marketing topics.
