In this role, you will:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial management reports.
- Support with data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Help with invoicing, receiving payments, and issuing receipts.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial files and records.
- Support VAT, PAYE, NSSF, and SHIF processes.
- Help in preparing reconciliations of accounts and statements.
- Assist with asset and liability records.
- Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to the accounts function.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPA Part II will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
