- We are seeking to hire a Front Office & Client Relations Assistant to join our client’s office in Industrial Area, Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact at the front desk and will also play a key role in supporting client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, welcome visitors, and handle incoming calls.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating client services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly reception area.
- Support basic office administration tasks.
- Contribute to marketing and client engagement activities (an added advantage).
Qualifications
- Minimum academic qualification: Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in front office/reception, client service, or marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and organized.
