Position: Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Passion for fashion and willingness to learn about fashion and design

• Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year in retail/fashion sales)

• Basic knowledge of preparing orders and coordinating deliveries

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and delivery tracking

• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Help prepare and pack orders, and coordinate riders for smooth deliveries

• Collect and analyze feedback to improve customer experience
