Job Description
We are currently hiring a Front Office Executive on behalf of our client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hotel front office environment, with a solid understanding of guest relations, reservations, and front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and professionally
- Manage phone, email, and in-person reservations
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Maintain the guest ledger and manage billing and payment processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage online bookings and guest communication platforms
- Assist with daily front office reports and documentation
- Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue
- Ensure professional front desk presentation and conduct
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or guest service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems / PMS
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
