Job Description

We are currently hiring a Front Office Executive on behalf of our client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hotel front office environment, with a solid understanding of guest relations, reservations, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and professionally
  • Manage phone, email, and in-person reservations
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
  • Maintain the guest ledger and manage billing and payment processes
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage online bookings and guest communication platforms
  • Assist with daily front office reports and documentation
  • Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue
  • Ensure professional front desk presentation and conduct

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or guest service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems / PMS
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
