Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
 - Suggest and professionally upsell food & beverage products.
 - Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
 - Ensure tables are clean and set for the next guests promptly.
 - Attend and accommodate guests’ reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
 - To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings as well as preparation methods.
 - Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
 - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
 - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
 - Process payments accurately, including handling cash and using POS systems.
 
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverage service from a recognized institution or its equivalent
 - Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role
 - An operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale System an asset
 - Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 - Strong guest service orientation
 - Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
 - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
 - Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
