Job Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and theoretical training in Information Technology and Computer Science-related courses.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students in projects, research, and practical assignments.
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions.
- Stay updated with emerging ICT trends and integrate them into training.
- Evaluate student’s performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain and manage computer labs, ensuring all equipment is functional.
- Assist in curriculum development and improvement of ICT courses.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of teaching or industry experience in ICT training is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, networking, database management, and software applications.
- Proficiency in using e-learning tools and digital teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
