Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule leads from Social Media and respond to inquiries.
- Follow up with leads daily via CRM and Instagram.
- Update client files and status using CRM and Google Sheets.
- Handle client communications entirely through the CRM and online platforms—no cold calling or phone interaction.
What You Bring:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate updates for over 100 clients.
- Strong English communication skills (written only).
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- CRM experience
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
