As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our HR consulting services through outbound calls. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can help solve their HR challenges.

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our HR consulting services.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
 - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
 - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
 - Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in challenging situations. Diploma or a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
