Job Responsibilities:

• Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist with daily cash reconciliations and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Support the front desk team with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest services as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
• Excellent mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
