About Us:
Glee Hotel is a premier destination in Nairobi, known for our luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and world-class amenities. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cashier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately.
 - Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system.
 - Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
 - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
 - Assist with daily cash reconciliations and prepare bank deposits.
 - Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
 - Support the front desk team with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest services as needed.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
 - Excellent mathematical and cash-handling skills.
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
 - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
 - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
