The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to our production processes, viewing invoices and orders being created, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure accurate documentation of created invoices and orders.
 - Enter supplier invoices into QuickBooks for data input and record-keeping.
 - Enter and update stock and production data.
 - Verify data for accuracy and completeness and correct any discrepancies.
 - Maintain and organize digital and physical data files related to production and inventory.
 - Collaborate with production, inventory, and sales teams to gather necessary information for data entry.
 - Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
 - Good organizational and time-management skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
