POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Support Representative to join our team, specializing in solar and renewable energy products. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and product information to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
