Responsibilities:

Patrol the premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activities or disturbances.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized entry or criminal activity.
Conduct security checks of guests, employees, and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
Report any security incidents, accidents, or violations of hotel policies to the appropriate authorities.
Assist in conducting investigations into security-related incidents as directed by the security manager.
Follow established procedures for key control, access control, and other security protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and employees with inquiries or requests when needed.
Collaborate with other hotel departments and external agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position.
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Strong observational and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security is a plus.
Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
