This role encompasses various responsibilities, including customer service, product knowledge, sales, shop management, and digital selling.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
As a Shop Attendant at our Kids Clothes Shop, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service. This involves greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a delightful shopping experience.

Product Knowledge:
To excel in this role, you need to have a good understanding of kids’ fashion trends and the products we offer. You will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect outfits and accessories for their little ones.

Sales and Upselling:
In addition to assisting customers, you should be adept at sales and upselling. This includes recommending complementary products, informing customers about ongoing promotions, and ultimately driving sales.

Shop Management:
Maintaining the shop’s appearance and organization is crucial. You will be responsible for keeping the boutique tidy, ensuring inventory is well-organized, and restocking when necessary.

Digital Selling:
In today’s digital age, online presence is vital. You will also be responsible for handling digital selling, which may include managing online orders, responding to inquiries on social media, and updating the boutique’s online platforms.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Shop Attendant position at our Kids Clothes Shop, you must meet the following qualifications:

Retail sales experience (especially in kids’ clothing) is a bonus.

If you have prior experience in retail, especially in kids’ clothing, it’s a definite plus. Your familiarity with the industry will give you a head start.

Superb communication kindness and love for kids’ fashion and style flair.

Terms:

Starting Salary: KES 20,000 with a 3-6 month probation period.
