Minimum requirements:
- Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Information technology management, Social science and any other related fields.
A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) in a relevant area combined with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree. - Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Information Communication Technology, Information Technology, Software development, Product management, Technology consulting, Service design, Project management and any other related fields. Experience with RapidPro, ODK data collection tools and understanding and experience with digital public goods.
- Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to stay abreast of new technologies and their ability to support UNICEF‘s
- digital transformation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
