Credit Officer at The Luke Hotel (50k-100k) – The Luke Hotel Kenya Job Details

  • Academic Qualifications – Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Professional Certification – CPA (Intermediate and above) ACCA, CFA. Credit management certification is an added advantage
  • Experience – At least 3years in a busy financial environment, specifically in credit analysis, lending or debt recovery
  • Regulations Knowledge – In-depth and sound knowledge   of statutory regulations or CBK guidelines
  • Technical Knowledge – understanding of credit risk management , loan documentation and KYC procedures

Key skills and attributes

  • Analytical skills – ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal skills for communication with clients
  • Report Writing – good acumen for producing diverse reports
  • Negotiation – ability to manage delinquent accounts and handle loan restructuring
  • Software proficiency – experience with banking systems and MOS
  • Integrity – high level of ethical behavior
