Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- For appointment to the position of Senior Legal Researcher, an applicant must have the following qualifications.
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or its equivalent from a recognized university
- Be an Advocate of the High Court with a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
- Membership to Law Society of Kenya.
- Proficiency in Computer applications.
- A postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law or an exemption by the Council of Legal Education or a equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution
Experience:
- Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least four (4) years post – admission qualification.
