Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions efficiently (Mobile, credit card, digital payments)

• Verify supporting documents and maintain detailed records

• Perform customer service duties and assist with order coordination

• Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service

• Proficient in computers and POS systems

• Highest level on integrity and honesty

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payment procedures

WAITER / WAITRESS

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for service of food and beverages as per set standards

• Present and ensure settlement of bills

• Perform general cleaning of the restaurant and ensure work station cleanliness is adhered to

• Take client orders correctly and ensure efficient service

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer relations and handling

• Proficient in computers and POS systems

• Highest level on integrity and honesty

• Detail-oriented, honest with high levels of hygiene and able to work under no supervision

RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, check in, and check out guests in a warm and professional manner

• Handle guest inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and concierge services professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service

• Proficient in computers and POS systems

• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under deadlines

• Presentable, courteous, and guest-focused
