Warehouse Assistant at Koko Networks

Your Role

As a Warehouse Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to manage and account for the physical inventory of finished goods, spare parts, and other dry cargo. You’ll play a crucial role in implementing efficient stock management systems to ensure traceability, accurate picking, and prevention of stock losses and damages.

What You Will Do

1. Receive and process work orders, monitor ongoing tasks, and communicate any logistical issues, updates, or customer concerns to relevant personnel.
2. Oversee the movement of all dry stock into and out of the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation and obtaining necessary signatures from recipients and security personnel, if applicable, after thorough verification of receipt and loading documents.
3. Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and requirements, following all relevant procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Record all received stock using ERP software and other provided tools.
5. Organize items according to warehouse standards and maintain the established storage arrangement.
6. Inspect stocks regularly and report any damaged products.
7. Maintain inventory stock records and track expected inbound shipments.
8. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System regulations.

What You Will Bring to KOKO

• A diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize work, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional qualifications such as KISM and CIPS would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with a preference for knowledge of ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of stock-taking procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns and extended hours to deliver results.
• A strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct.
