Job Description:

CJ’s is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor customer needs and ensure their satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Check on customers throughout their meal and promptly address any issues or requests.
• Prepare and present accurate bills and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient service.
• Uphold company standards of quality and cleanliness at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
