Key Responsibilities/Tasks
- Greet and seat customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and make recommendations to guests.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/certificate in food and beverage service or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of experience restaurant/hotel setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Must be available to work on requests.
