TSC Vacancies-Finance & Accounts Interns – 10 Posts

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Academic/Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance), Economics, Business Administration, Business Studies, Statistics, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Certified Public Accountants (CPA) part II or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) level II.
• Kenyan youth aged between 21 and 35 years.
• Completed two (2) years and above after graduation from an accredited and recognized institution.
• Unemployed graduate degree and diploma holders without prior internship experience in the Public Sector.
• Certificate of Good Conduct is required at the time of engagement.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Person of integrity.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic, self-driven, and diligent individual.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.

Method of Application

INTERNSHIP DURATION:

• The internship positions will be for a period of between ten (10) and twelve (12) months.

STIPEND:

• This is a non-remunerative position; however, selected interns will receive a stipend of twenty-five thousand (Kshs.25,000) per month.

INSURANCE COVER:

• Selected interns must have a valid personal accident insurance to cover personal risks during the internship period.

MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER:

• Interns are required to have valid personal medical insurance cover for the internship duration.

WORK STATION:

• Successful applicants may be deployed to either the TSC Headquarters or County offices.
