Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist at Esoko Market, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for delivering product training to clients and managing the sales team in your region. You will report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Sales Skills: You should have a proven track record of sales success and experience in generating new business opportunities.
- Training Skills: You should be able to develop and deliver product training to clients and ensure that their needs are met.
- Sales Management Skills: You should possess strong leadership and management skills, be able to motivate a sales team, and have experience in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the agriculture or technology sector is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
