Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads in our targeted markets to sell and market corporate and professional events.
  • Manage relationship with clients throughout the event planning process and beyond.
  • Maintain professional, prompt contact with all customers to ensure a high level of customer delight.
  • Work with clients to plan and coordinate details of events.
  • Negotiate and manage the sale of group events of various sizes and complexities.
  • Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records and complete required documentation for each individual event sale.
  • Generate new business and build new client relationships, develop and present proposals to clients.
  • Maintain existing client base through personal meetings, telephone, and email.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy strategically plans daily/ weekly/ monthly schedule in order to maximize return on time investment and meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Prepare weekly tracking report with contact history & event sales revenues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in professional training event sales/ marketing.
  • Strong follow-up skills, the ability to work on multiple projects, and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Must have exceptional customer service and organizational skills and a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
