We are seeking a result-driven receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests at Word of Life, Diani. In this role, you will play crucial part in enhancing guest and camper’s experiences and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing relevant and accurate information regarding all aspects of Word of Life to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Facilitate smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes, enhancing overall guest experience.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision, ensuring all Guest requests are handled effectively.
  • Address Guest concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner, following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to guarantee that rooms are ready for check-in, conducting room inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Monitor and report key client success metrics, providing insights and recommendation for continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate guest database, occupancy statistics, cancellation rates to support operational decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Front office operations or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in the hotel industry or working in a customer service environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
