Role Overview

Led high-performing B2B sales teams across multiple online territories, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets for both existing and new business portfolios. Develop and optimize resource allocation, skills, and activities in various territories to enhance profitable revenue and reduce the cost of sale in priority channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic direction for sales teams in assigned territories, devising optimal approaches to increase sales through commercial actions and partnerships.
  • Structure and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and market presence for key, strategic, and national accounts, collaborating closely with head office and regional stakeholders.
  • Enhance focus and alignment of key distribution channels in assigned territories with the overall distribution strategy.
  • Formulate and implement B2B strategies with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing accounts and establish new business revenue streams.
  • Recommend B2B sales strategy for assigned territories and negotiate agreements, including PLBs, JMFs, commissions, and corporate contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant College or University qualification.
  • 8 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience in selling airline, hotel, cruise, or car products, coupled with a strong knowledge of covered geographic areas.
  • Budgetary and planning expertise.
  • Strong sales ability and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and thrive in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment with excellent leadership skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving with creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Strong team player with the ability to understand the bigger picture and actively contribute to results.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, proactive, and flexible.
  • Managerial skills, including delegation, clear direction setting, workflow management, mentoring, coaching, and fostering teamwork.
