  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market by generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients’ HR needs by analyzing client challenges and pain points to tailor HR outsourcing solutions accordingly.
  • Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements, close deals and secure contracts for HR outsourcing services.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring that client expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the HR outsourcing landscape.
  • Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by the company and regularly report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams regarding the effectiveness of marketing materials, sales strategies, and client responses.
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the HR outsourcing services provided as well as address customer issues promptly and effectively.

The job holder should have the following qualifications.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2yrs proven experience in B2B sales, especially in selling HR outsourcing or related services, is highly desirable.

  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Understanding the sales process and demonstrating a strategic approach to selling HR outsourcing services is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills in conveying value proposition of our HR outsourcing solutions. The ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR outsourcing and related industry trends is advantageous.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is fundamental.
  • The salesperson should be adaptable and open to learning about new services, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, and client services is crucial as well as the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to represent the company with integrity are essential.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools is beneficial.
