A Glimpse into Your Daily Tasks
Your day will involve providing essential HR support, and addressing queries and requests from team members about their contracts and employment. This includes handling inquiries related to onboarding processes, global benefits, verification of employment, and other general concerns. You’ll also maintain our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and promptness in processing changes and new hires. Additionally, you’ll take charge of significant global projects like engagement initiatives, training programs, and culture enhancement efforts. Collaborating closely with managers and employees, you’ll steer HR processes and drive the people strategy for your designated areas. You’ll serve as a global partner to colleagues, especially leaders, managers, and executives while ensuring smooth operations in areas like payroll and benefits.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Process new hires, ensuring proper onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and introductory reviews.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and payroll procedures, guaranteeing accurate monthly data and smooth salary payments.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure seamless salary processing.
- Generate purchase orders for internal departments.
- Provide administrative assistance for benefit enrollment and processing.
- Regularly audit employment files and systems for accuracy, GDPR compliance, and up-to-date information.
- Innovate our processes to enhance our function’s efficiency.
- Oversee and manage global background checks.
Qualities We Seek:
- Impressive academic record from both high school and preferably university.
- Experience in an entry-level HR/People team role, preferably within the Technology sector.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to prioritize complex tasks, manage time efficiently, and excel under pressure.
- Self-driven, aiming for precision, and focused on results.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and aptitude for handling confidential data.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Initiative-taker who contributes ideas and suggestions to enhance the role and team’s success.
- Aspiring to advance within the HR field.
- Willingness to travel up to four times annually for internal events.
