Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily cash reports.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any billing issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and hotel management systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
