Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily cash reports.
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any billing issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and hotel management systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
