Responsibilities:

• Develop visually stunning designs for both print and digital media, including book layouts, book covers, marketing materials, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including authors and marketing, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to consistently elevate our visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and CorelDraw.
• Strong conceptualization and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
