Job Objective:

This role entails providing and maintaining data analyses for the Customer Finance Department, as well as designing, implementing, and managing advanced data processing and analysis systems. The analytical function serves practical and exploratory purposes: addressing data-related inquiries or projects from other departments through computer programming, and uncovering novel ways to benefit the company by analyzing available data programmatically. The Data Analyst is responsible for analytics and report generation, aiding operational planning and performance assessment.


  • Creating and deploying data collection tools and data analysis methods to enhance statistical efficiencies.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
  • Gathering and analyzing data for report generation.
  • Generating reports to refine field activities, bolster monitoring and evaluation, and facilitate learning.
  • Compiling, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative data for both ad hoc and regular market intelligence analyses.
  • Conducting analyses for various projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Preparing Sales Commissions Payroll for staff and contractors, encompassing commissions, bonuses, and retainers.
  • Interpreting data and conducting statistical analysis to derive meaningful insights.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
  • Familiarity with data analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in utilizing techniques for operational enhancement.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.


Fluency in English across reading, writing, and speaking.


Experience with Data Systems and Tools.
