Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Process orders, applications, refunds, and exchanges as required.

• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide consistent customer experiences.

• Support sales and marketing teams by upselling or cross-selling products when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
