Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Manage reservations and assist guests with any inquiries or special reques
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services to guests.
  • Maintain and update guest records and reservation information.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the coordination of special events or requests.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding their needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualification

  • Must at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven experience with hotel management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
