Key Duties Across Roles
- Support prevention and anti-corruption initiatives across assigned functional areas
- Conduct research and monitoring activities to track institutional performance and programme outcomes
- Manage financial records, procurement processes, and administrative documentation with accuracy
- Develop and disseminate educational content through digital and traditional media channels
- Provide legal analysis and paralegal support to investigations and compliance activities
- Coordinate human resources operations including payroll, recruitment, and staff administration
- Maintain facility security, perform driving duties, and deliver general office support services
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
General Requirements
- Kenyan citizenship or permanent residency
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement for most support roles)
- Diploma or degree qualification in relevant field (required for Officer, Education Officer, and Research Officer positions)
- Professional certifications such as CPA (for accounting roles) or CHRP (for human resources roles) where applicable
- Valid driving licence for Driver II and related transport roles
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass security vetting
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
